Event- Dec 2nd- Dayton, Ohio: Unconscious Bias Workshop

Lean In Ohio and Lean In Women of Color are coming together to introduce an Unconscious Bias Workshop.

According to Lean In McKinsey & Company Women in the Workplace 2017 Study, "Only two in three companies offer unconscious bias training, yet this type of instruction is central to leveling the playing field for women and other underrepresented groups.

Bias training raises awareness of the stereotypes that disadvantage women, people of color and other minorities and gives employees steps they can take to counteract these biases.
