About

What is Lean In? In a nutshell, it encourages women to take a seat at the decision-making table. It is a concept initiated by Sheryl Sandberg, the Chief Operating Officer of Facebook, named one of the most power people in the world by Fortune Magazine, which she describes best in her book, Lean In: Women, Work, and the Will to Lead.

The book's partner foundation located at LeanIn.Org connects women globally to powerful resources and peer support. It is a movement that confronts the obstacles women face to get to the top, exposes the myth that women are less ambitious than men and encourages more women to lean in regardless of where they are in their careers to reach 50/50.

The Lean In Ohio Chapter is being led by a LeanIn.Org regional leader. We provide education and resources for women who are aiming for the next level. Whether you are a college graduate or on top, we are here to provide you with peer support and a network full of women and men who are leaning in every day.
