Lean In Dayton recently launched the website, leanindayton.com.

Website visitors will find easily accessible information on Lean In Dayton's up and coming chapter activities, events, updates on Lean.org tools and resources and interviews  with women influencers located in the Dayton, Ohio region. The website launched an initiative to interview one hundred women leaders to promote women ingenuity as an outreach initiative and to educate and inform potential new talent in Dayton.

The new site enhances the chapter’s visibility, reports the progress of various initiatives, and helps reach targeted audiences with information about Lean In Dayton's activities.

"I believe the chapter Lean In Dayton is something new and fresh for the area. We hope to nourish developing and established women leaders through our One Hundred Women Interview series. I hope that locals become inspired by an initiative that promotes the talent of women leaders here in Dayton as well as all the wonderful opportunities here.“

Established in September 2015 by Julene Allen, Founder and Executive Director of Women For Action located at www.womenforaction.org as an initiative to promote women of significance. Women for Action champions the voices of women and girls around the world through an interview series. The nonprofit organization exercises free speech, promotes the use of open platforms to further gender equality and spreads the message of diversity and inclusion by spotlighting women changemakers from different cultural backgrounds.
