Annual Lean In Regional Leaders Conference In Golden State

PALO ALTO, CA— The Lean In Regional Leaders
Conference is an annual training and peer support event for regional leaders who lead chapters from Dayton to Dubai. This year, Lean In Ohio’s marketing director, Brittney Ranea Paxton attended.
The Lean In Regional Leaders Conference unites women from across the globe in an effort to broaden our knowledge as leaders, empower our souls, and most importantly lean into the community impact we set out to achieve in our respective corners of the world.
The conference hosted over eighty regional leaders from various locations including, London, Paris, Malaysia, India, Poland, and territories within the United States. The connections built among each other was the greatest aspect of the conference, as we broadened our network and created safe spaces filled with empowerment and genuine support for the Lean In message; And most importantly, each other.

The Conference Extension provided additional educational tools to regional leaders outside the Lean In Regional Leaders Conference activities. Topics included salary negotiation, resources to grow Lean In circles, Lean In stories, connection activities, diversity and inclusion insights and initiatives accompanying a discussion panel with Lean In Tokyo regional leader and founder, Rena Suzuki Wagner and by virtual attendance, Lean In Ohio and Lean In Women of Color, regional leader and founder, Julene Allen.
