On Tuesday, June 6th, Lean In Ohio Chair Julene Allen and Vice Chair Major Bhakti Mary, also Co-Founder of the Wright Women Military Circle joined Procter and Gamble staff members located in Cincinnati in welcoming Lean In Founder Sheryl Sandberg to Ohio. In a fireside chat at P & G, Sheryl discussed how much diversity and inclusion benefits companies and the need for more women and people color to be seated at the decision-making tables.
Later in the day, Lean In Ohio leaders including Brittney Ranea Paxton and Katie Ruef meets with Sheryl Sandberg at the School for Creative and Performing Arts located in Cincinnati for a special event to discuss her book, Option B! What an amazing day with Sheryl!
